Editorial & testing
How the CashoutScore testing team works, and the rules we hold ourselves to.
The team
Reports and guides are produced by the CashoutScore testing team: a small group that runs the test accounts, holds the test wallets, writes the guides and maintains the tools. We publish under the team name rather than individual bylines; what makes a report trustworthy here is the evidence attached to it - transaction hashes, timestamps, terms links - not the name of the person who wrote it.
Testing process
- Funding. Withdrawal tests will be paid with our own money. We will not accept free balance, credit or reimbursement from casinos.
- Accounts. Normal player accounts, opened from countries the casino accepts in its terms. We never misrepresent our location or identity and never use someone else's documents.
- Wallets. Deposits come from, and withdrawals go to, self-custody TRON addresses we control, so every movement is visible on-chain.
- Recording. Request time is noted at the moment we click withdraw; paid time is the block time of the payout transaction. Support conversations and document requests are logged.
- Publishing. Raw test data goes into a structured file (the same fields shown on every report) and the score is computed from it by code, as described in the methodology.
- Re-checking. Hashes will be re-verified on-chain whenever a report is published or updated, and tests will be repeated over time.
How guides are written and checked
- Facts that change - network fees, energy prices, limits - are dated ("as of October 2026") and point to a primary source where you can check the current value, usually TronScan.
- Maths is shown, not asserted. Worked examples in guides use the same code as our calculators.
- We do not publish user reviews, testimonials or star ratings we cannot back with evidence.
- Each guide shows its last-updated date.
Independence
Casinos cannot buy a score, a review or a place on a list, and cannot review a report before publication. Affiliate commissions, where they exist, are disclosed and never enter the score - see the affiliate disclosure.
Corrections
If a report contains an error, we correct it, date the correction on the page and keep the original test data visible. Casinos may send factual corrections with evidence (for example a transaction hash we missed); they cannot request removal of results.
