Bitstrike.io is closed: withdrawals, operator and where to complain

What is known about Bitstrike.io now that it is offline, checked 2026-11-03. Its withdrawal terms are historical and come from AskGamblers, a third party - not from the casino, and not from our own tests.

The site is offline. On 3 November 2026 bitstrike.io and www.bitstrike.io had no A records in DNS (the domain uses Cloudflare name servers), so the casino does not load. WHOIS shows the domain registered at Namecheap since 1 June 2023 and paid until 1 June 2027. AskGamblers states: “Bitstrike.io Casino has been closed.”

bitstrike.bet is not Bitstrike.io

Search results also show bitstrike.bet. It is not the closed casino: it names no operator in its footer, contacts or terms, gives only a bare “Curaçao eGaming 8048/JAZ” (an old master-licence number, see how to check a casino licence), and is built from a template. When we clicked a demo game there on 3 November 2026, it sent us through a chain of redirects to an affiliate sign-up link of a different casino. Do not deposit there thinking it is Bitstrike.io.

Complaints on AskGamblers

AskGamblers shows 2 complaints, 1 resolved; average amount $500, average duration 6 days, average response 3 days. The two cases, in the players' own account:

Both are one player's description of events on a third-party site, not findings of ours.

If you still have a balance at Bitstrike.io

  1. Write to the operator and keep everything: account e-mail, dates, chat transcripts, the amounts requested and any reply.
  2. Keep your on-chain records. Deposit and any partial-payout transaction IDs prove what moved and when; the USDT TRC-20 transaction checker reads them.
  3. Know what the regulator will and will not do. The Anjouan authority says it does not handle, mediate or adjudicate player complaints: disputes go to the operator first (via the site seal, which no longer exists here) and then to an approved independent ADR provider. It may use a report as supervisory information about a licensee. As bitstrike.io is not on ZOSMA LLC's current domain list, a report may not count as licensed activity at all.
  4. File a mediation complaint with a site such as AskGamblers, which already tracks this casino. We are not affiliated with it.

FAQ

How long did Bitstrike withdrawals take?

Bitstrike.io is closed, so there is no current answer. AskGamblers recorded that withdrawal requests "can take up to 48 hours to process" (its comparison table says 0-48 hours), and one player complaint describes support saying withdrawals are confirmed manually within 24-48 hours, while that player waited more than 4 days. These are third-party records, not the casino’s own terms and not our measurement.

Is Bitstrike still open?

No. On 3 November 2026 bitstrike.io and www.bitstrike.io had no address records in DNS, so the site does not open, and AskGamblers lists Bitstrike.io Casino as closed. The domain itself is still registered (until 1 June 2027).

Is bitstrike.bet the same casino?

No. bitstrike.bet names no operator, shows only a bare old Curaçao number and, when we clicked a demo game on 3 November 2026, redirected through a chain of links to an affiliate sign-up at a different casino. Do not deposit there thinking it is Bitstrike.io.

Can I get a stuck Bitstrike balance back?

There is no guaranteed route. Write to the operator and keep every message, file a complaint with a mediation site such as AskGamblers, and keep your deposit transaction IDs. The Anjouan regulator says it does not mediate player disputes, and bitstrike.io is not on the domain list of the licence the operator holds today.
